Refund period is 7 days from the day of the original sale. Please bear in mind that if we feel the refund policy is abused we reserve the right to bar future purchases on any products we release in the future.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your purchase from Jaymarc Media. If there is an issue with access to services and/or products you have paid for, please contact our support email here: support@jaymarcmedia.com in the first instance. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service, delivery, products and support offered!

If you feel that the help has not given you a satisfactory answer, you have a 14 day period from date of purchase to request a refund in full from us. Again, contact our Support at support@jaymarcmedia.com and we will handle your refund request within 2 working days, from the time of the request received from you.

*Download products are not exchangeable and are non-refundable. Please note that the nature of digital downloads allows you to have immediate access to the purchased goods.

For this reason, we provide a sample of digital content, such as meditations, so you can assess if the product will meet your needs or not. Where applicable, listen to the audio/video sample provided before completing your purchase.

By purchasing digital goods, such as audio or video or software via download, you accept our terms that refunds in this event are not given as content has been used and not returnable due to the digital nature of the product. Please bear this in mind when seeking a refund for digital content that our servers show as accessed and streamed/downloaded.

In any event, the goal is your happiness! Please contact us in the first instance so we can provide the best resolution or alternative product.
